Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, contact me to cancel before the scheduled meeting to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

** Cancellations with advanced notice will not pay a fee.

** No-shows will pay the full amount.

** Last-minute cancellations will pay 50%.

Exceptions can be made in case of emergencies as long as you contact me.

Introduction form

We will take advantage of the session minute by minute, so I will ask you to fill out an introduction form before our meeting.

Video/Phone call

During the call, I will listen to you explain your needs to see how I can help you. If I cannot help you personally, I will try to refer you to one of my colleagues.
